Many people are not aware of the possibilities they have to optimize their sitting. Even if one is having physical problems. In group sessions Matthias can only give short hints on this. In a small minitraining he can give you suggestions to make meditation a sitting pleasure.

And you might not believe it: More pleasure while sitting brings more pleasure in the organization of everyday life. You are welcome to experience the connections here in practice.
