NUTRITIONAL ADVICE IN PRACTICE AND THEORY

We have noticed that some guests don’t like to cook for themselves very much, especially when they come alone. This inspired me (Eylin) to share my joy of cooking and my knowledge of wholesome nutrition in the form of advice.
To prepare nourishing and healthy food is not difficult. However, it does require some basic knowledge about which foods are suitable and which are not.
 As we humans are creatures of habit, changing our diet is a hurdle for many people. However, it can also be seen as a step towards more enjoyment and freedom to try something new.

And a wholesome diet is always characterized by the fact that it tastes good. The enjoyment of food is a fundamental factor. Even if you don’t want to completely change your current diet, there are plenty of tips, foods and preparation methods that lead to greater well-being and often also to less weight.

Over the last 40 years, I have tried many different diets and over time everything has become quite simple. Vegetarian, nutrition according to Dr. Bruker, raw food, macrobiotics, 5 elements, vegan. I have discovered important and valuable elements in each of these nutritional systems and have now integrated them into (my) living diet. „Living“ means: Not everyone needs the same diet in every phase of his/her life. Only the basics remain the same.

In terms of diet I don’t care for rules anymore. At some point, the body signals very precisely which foods are missing or disturbing. The result is a diet with very little animal protein, well-combined warm dishes and fresh food.
These eating habits lead to more energy and a greater sense of well-being in the body.

Package 1 – Nutritional advice BASIC
Includes the following services:
1. Questionnaire analysis on eating habits, likes, dislikes, possible allergies and health goals.
2. Consultation based on this, in which wishes, needs and goals are discussed. This consultation lasts approx. 1 hour.
3. Preparation of customized documentation on recommended foods, simple basic recipes and their implementation in the diet. I also give tips on which “small” measures can already improve nutrition and thus well-being. Duration: approx. 1 hour
4. Feedback discussion after one week and, if necessary, additional suggestions for adjustments.

Package 2 – Nutritional counseling plus practical part
Includes the following services:
#1- #3 as in the basic package
4. A shopping trip together. With lots of information and tips on healthy and tasty foods from the natural food sector and fresh products from the market that will make your meal plan even more varied.
5. Preparing a main course and a fresh food dish of your choice together.
6. Feedback discussion after one week and, if necessary, additional suggestions for adjustments.
